Services Offered: The "B" offers a full range of services: Fixed Route Service - traditional bus service is offered by more than 25 different routes that include neighborhood circulator routes, rural service from Bishop/Driscoll to Gregory, and shuttle service for students at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi; Demand Responsive Service - wheelchair accessible transportation that has flexible routing and scheduling for curb-to-curb or point-to-point transportation; provided at the user's demand; the same as paratransit service; Park 'N Ride Service - several routes are available for passengers traveling to Corpus Christi Army Depot; Vanpool / Carpool - RIDEalong is a ridesharing program designed to help individuals locate others interested in sharing a ride to work or school on a regular basis. RTA will assist you in finding participants who have the same basic travel pattern and schedule as you do.

  • Eligibility: Services are available to the general public. B-Line service is offered to persons who are prevented from using fixed route service due to disability. Passengers must apply for service by completing an application. The application process can take up to 21 days. Call the B RideLine to request a B-Line "How to Ride Guide" and application.

  • Scheduling Service: Passengers requesting B-Line service are asked to schedule trips at least one (1) day in advance. Passengers can make travel arrangements up to 10 days in advance.

  • Service Hours: Monday to Saturday service typically starts around 5:30 a.m. and runs until around 10:30 p.m. Please check your specific route schedule for service times available. Sunday service typically starts around 10:00 a.m. and runs until around 7:30 p.m. Please check your specific route schedule for service times available. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly bus passes are also available for students, elderly, and passengers with disabilities. Contact RTA's Customer Service for pricing and information.
