In compliance with the Executive Order and Texas House Bill 3588, the Coastal Bend Council of Governments (COG), produced the Regional Public Transportation Coordination Plan (The Plan) outlining the planning process to be used in identifying and improving access to transportation, eliminate overlaps and gaps in service, evaluate the effectiveness of equipment use, and influence efficiencies in the delivery of service.

Planning for this program has been developed and created innovatively to include a wide perspective of interests, concerns, and solutions. This web site will support and provide members of this community and surrounding counties with information on the ongoing and evolving coordination effort.
